Divaa is a clinical psychologist who works closely with individuals facing emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges. She values a collaborative therapeutic relationship and is committed to providing a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Divaa also incorporates clients’ interests into therapy to make the process more engaging, meaningful, and aligned with their personal experiences. She emphasizes client expression, autonomy, and collaboration throughout the therapeutic journey, supporting individuals as they work through concerns such as substance use, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, relational difficulties, and stress.Â
