Anna is a clinical psychologist and holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Taylor's University, Malaysia. She has experience in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum and psychotic disorders, and borderline personality disorder. Anna specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

She believes that the best way to truly understand people’s actions and behavior would be through understanding how they perceive the world, and this can be glimpsed through their thoughts.
