With a background in counselling psychology, Hayati is a Licensed Counsellor (KBPA) registered with the Malaysian Board of Counselors. She works primarily with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focusing on the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and has experience supporting individuals through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and other emotional difficulties. She also has a growing special interest in hypnotherapy and mindfulness, and is registered with Perkama and Malaysian Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Hayati’s therapeutic approach is grounded, attentive and geared toward helping clients understand their inner experiences with greater clarity. She incorporates mindfulness as part of relapse prevention, believing that cultivating daily awareness brings deeper respect and recognition to an individual’s emotional world. With her combined training and intentional practice style, she is well equipped to support clients through a wide range of personal and psychological challenges
