Lidiya is a clinical psychologist with experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, mental health screenings, and clinical intake evaluations across a range of presentations including mood and anxiety disorders, eating-related concerns, and emerging behavioural addiction patterns.
She primarily works with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and incorporates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy-informed skills to support emotional regulation, behavioural change, and adaptive coping, alongside integrative case formulation to guide treatment planning and level-of-care decisions. Her clinical work is structured, grounded, and assessment-focused, with a strong emphasis on accurate early formulation and matching clients to appropriate levels of care. She is currently expanding her expertise in addiction-related presentations while maintaining a broader interest in mindfulness-informed and stepped-care approaches to psychological treatment.
