Prethi is an experienced Head of Operations and Customer Experience with a demonstrated history of working in various MNC/BPO industries (online marketing, finance, call centers). She is skilled in business operations, start-ups, department recruiting, business management, design and implementation of KPIs, SOPs, SLAs, business management with international stakeholders, team leadership and employee management.

Currently, she is pursuing Masters in Psychology at the National University of Malaysia while heading the operations for Solace Wellness, Solace Asia and Solace Academy.
